What is never included — on any tier
- Invented data. If a price, SKU, image, or description is missing from every file you send, it goes on the exception list. We never make one up.
- Product research or copywriting — we reconcile the data you have; we don't write new product content.
- Image sourcing — we only check image links you provide.
- Uploading into your store — you receive import-ready files and instructions; your store credentials stay yours.
- Guaranteed import success — your store's own settings are outside our files; what we guarantee is that every row is accounted for and every conflict is documented.
- Customer and order-history migration — this service is product catalog data only.

A complete worked sample — free to download. To show the method honestly, we built three synthetic supplier files (invented products, deliberately messy: 200 rows of clashing titles, conflicting prices, and colliding SKUs) and ran the exact paid process on them. The result: 21 products and 88 variants in one clean Shopify file, 392 conflicts caught and resolved by documented rules, and 5 records held back on the exception list — two with no price in any file, one with no image, and a product whose supplier reused one SKU for two sizes. Nothing was invented to fill those gaps. The accounting closes exactly: 195 rows merged + 5 exceptions = 200 rows in, and all 8 validation checks pass.

Payment
Payment is handled through Payoneer (card or bank transfer). Before you pay anything, we confirm the exact payment route with you in writing — you never pay into a route that hasn't been confirmed together first.
Your slot is reserved when payment lands, and the delivery clock starts when payment has cleared and your complete files have been received.
Who you are hiring
Catalog Rescue is operated by Muhammad Saleem Babar, based in Pakistan. Reconciliation is produced with professional data tooling, and every conflict and exception is personally reviewed by the operator before delivery — the exception list you receive is read by a human, not just generated. Order terms
- Delivery is 3 business days from cleared payment and receipt of your complete files, for the tier you booked.
- You receive: the import-ready catalog file, the field-mapping report, and the exception list. You may share them with your team or developer.
- If we ever miss the agreed deadline, you may cancel before delivery for a full refund.
- If anything in the agreed scope is wrong in our files, we correct it free — or refund in full.
- Records that cannot be resolved from your files are never guessed; they are listed as exceptions for your decision. Deciding them and resending is part of the same job, not a new order.
- Your files are used only for your job. They are never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Questions
Which formats can I send?
CSV or XLSX supplier files, in whatever column layout your suppliers use — interpreting them is the job. The output is a Shopify import CSV. Running a different platform? Mention it in the feasibility check and we will confirm in writing whether we can take the job before you pay anything.
My files are a complete disaster. Is that a problem?
No — conflicting, duplicated, inconsistently written supplier data is exactly what this service exists for. The feasibility check on 10 of your rows shows you, before any payment, how your worst rows will be handled.
What happens to records you can't resolve?
They are never guessed and never silently dropped. Each one appears on your exception list with the reason and the decision needed from you — a missing price, a reused SKU, a missing image. Every input row is accounted for: in the catalog, or on the exception list.
Do you upload the catalog into my store?
No. You receive an import-ready file and can import it yourself in minutes, keeping your store credentials entirely yours. If an import attempt reports an error on a row we produced, send us the message — fixing it is covered by the order terms.
Can you also fix my live store's existing catalog?
Export your current catalog and send it as one of the files — reconciling a live export against supplier files is a normal job shape here. Confirm it in the feasibility check so the scope is agreed in writing first.
